1. Who are these sessions for?
These 1-on-1 coaching sessions are for women with PCOS who want to take control of their hormones, energy, weight, and cycles through personalized guidance.
2. How long is each session?
Each session lasts 4o minutes.
3. How do I schedule a session and Pay?
Click the “Book Your Session” button above to complete the booking form. After the form is submitted a link will appear for you to pay. I will follow up via email to confirm your availability.
4. Do you have a refund Policy?
All coaching session payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by contacting me via email. Cancellations made less than 12- 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
5. When are sessions available?
Weekdays: after 4:30 PM
Weekends: morning and afternoon slots
6. Can I reschedule?
Yes! Email me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session.
7. What will we cover in the session?
We will focus on your PCOS symptoms, hormone balance, energy management, and lifestyle strategies tailored to you. You will leave with a clear plan of action.
